CFIA it is reliable

The solution at the good time. CFIA. A revolutionary concept started from a simple idea.

The first idea was simple: to guarantee to the flour mills the constant quality of the flours which they produce, throughout the year, and this independently of the quality of corn entering the process of grinding. To set up this idea, it is another history... ours. Some will smile, other will say that it is a challenge, others still a heresy. But... the "boulange" is a funny travel.

To live it in all its richness, it is necessary to know five radically different trades, and to know to change cap with natural and simplicity. These five disciplines are the cereal trade, flour-milling, chemistry, bakery and... listening.

Created in 1997 in partnership with group GEMEF Industries, the CFIA, French Company of the Ingredients & Additives, made the bet of :

• To propose with the flour mills (except U.E.) a know-how as regards international trade out of cereals, and mainly out of corns.

• To offer the expertise of a laboratory recognized, ready to determine the defects of panification of corns provided to the flour mill.

•To develop and to market "improving complementary of bakery" and various products intended for the bakers, pastrycooks and biscuitiers.

• To work out and market until the place of consumption of the adapted "regulators of flour-milling": the nerve of the war of the current market of the flours.

But the CFIA does not stop there. It orchestrates a coherent unit to play without false note the partition of the rendered service: goods conform to the order and the needs, personalized service, products treated according to safety and safety requirements'.

Our profession evolved/moved with its time. At one time primarily technical activity, it became a trade of dialogue, listening, comprehension, of reciprocal confidence, where the beautiful speeches do not have any more their place.

The current complexity of the trade revealed the need for a new speaker, who must be a partner of quality and confidence. This last must behave as a true owner of P.M.E. and to assume a very pointed commercial role. The customers are increasingly demanding and of the less scrupulous competitors make him the soft eyes.

As of the first breath of our existence, we required our teams which they develop human contact, dialogue, presence on the spot and that they do not lower the arms in front of the adversity or the difficulties. The French Company of the Ingredients & Adjuvants is everywhere where it is awaited, but also where it is not awaited.

With all problems which is presented - and especially those which are not its fact -, the CFIA must find a solution: the solution at the good time. Innumerable risks can upset the life of a miller or one baker to the other end of the world. Whatever the technological projections, the unforeseeable one and the incident form integral part of the trade.

Each time it possible and is considered it necessary to respect the requirements of the market, CFIA Paris creates a subsidiary company resting on a local team made up of autochtones, speaking as well French as the languages about the country. All are formed with engagements of the Group with respect to its customers. Their knowledge is regularly tested: attention, professionalism, capacity to give clear and relevant information, services and assistance adapted to the small or large customers, presenting or not particular needs.

Lastly, we put a point of honor to respect the cultural differences, which they come from a person, of her practices of work or his manner of apprehending a problem hitherto unresolved. To install an effective co-operation, the personal relations are of primary importance.

There never existed of trade more enthralling than the permanent adventure. This permanent adventure is that of our customers. Though it arrives, they will find in our company a reactive, fast and powerful partner.

A long-term challenge, which is managed with the daily newspaper, and which is all the reason to exist CFIA.
